Pet Policy

Dover Farms invites you and your furry companions to our pet-friendly community. Most dog breeds are welcomed although the combined weight of multiple pets cannot exceed 200 pounds.

We also respectfully request that you have no more than three (3) pets in your suite. There is an initial Pet Fee of $350 and a Pet Rent Fee of $35 per month. Additional terms,conditions and per pet fees apply, call for details.
