It’s the best community in North Royalton. I moved here with my family last year and recently we renewed our lease for another 15 months. During the whole year we had a few different issues that were fixed immediately. The maintenance team did their job awesome and on time. Good luck and thank you Dover Farms!!!

As a family of three (one dog and two people), we couldn’t have picked a better place to live. We’ve been here for almost two years and it’s just gotten better over time. The leasing office staff is so friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is very friendly and timely as well. We have two great dog parks, a great pool and an awesome workout facility.
